By accessing our website, contacting us on WhatsApp, or purchasing any product from NextGenz AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
⚠️Warranty Policy — Most Important
Example:
If we provide a premium/trial tool at a lower price using a specific method, we already spend money on things like Gmail accounts, cards, or other costs from our side. If the company later blocks that method and the account gets an issue, replacement is not always possible because the method is already dead and the cost has already been used.
We always try our best to give support and replacements whenever possible, and many times we help even after the warranty period. But some situations are simply out of our control.
There is always some risk in online services — for both buyer and seller. So please make sure you understand this policy before purchasing.

All products are genuine and sourced through legitimate bulk licensing or official voucher systems.

💰Refund Policy
We offer replacement instead of refunds. If your account has any issue within the warranty period and the method is still working, we will replace it immediately.
However, if we are unable to provide a working account at the time of purchase, a full refund will be issued. Refund requests after the account has been used or after the warranty has ended are not eligible.
👤Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information (email, WhatsApp number) when ordering
- Not share your purchased account credentials with others (this may invalidate your warranty)
- Not change the password or recovery info of shared accounts
- Use the service in accordance with the original provider's terms
- Contact us promptly if any issue arises

NextGenz AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
We are not responsible for actions taken by the original service providers (e.g., account suspensions by Google, OpenAI, Canva, etc.) that are beyond our control.

We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability. However, certain products may be temporarily out of stock or unavailable due to changes by the original providers. In such cases, we will inform you immediately and offer suitable alternatives or refunds.
